Our two day training is a innovative hands-on technical master class in condensing boilers, focusing on the Ideal product portfolio.

Day 1 This installation and service class is for installers and service techs looking to build their expertise with Ideal boilers and condensing boiler in general. After reviewing product features and operation, boiler installation requirements and best practices are examined in detail. We also discuss routine boiler maintenance and service. The bulk of the class is hands-on learning:

-Boiler control: Each trainee works on a live boiler control, learning to navigate the boiler information, EZ-Setup and programming menus and troubleshooting features.

-Live-fire boiler commissioning in our boiler training lab.

-Training boiler tear down and re-assembly. Everyone gets hands-on with our training boilers to know the units inside and out.

Day 2: The second day is spent in our live fire training lab and is all about troubleshooting problem boilers. Considered by some the best troubleshooting class in the industry, it will put your experience to the test. Use your skills to diagnose lockouts and operating issues and get the boilers running again. We provide hand tools, spare parts and test equipment, including digital manometer, combustion analyzers and multimeters. Bring in your own tools if you prefer. This class can build troubleshooting expertise for any boiler service tech.
